I was very happy with Temptrol. When something like your A/C breaks it can be a scary and unnerving thing. I was really worried but Alan was really nice and he knew what to do and what he was talking about. He took his time to check the filter and go over a few maintenance tips. He was very polite as well. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

I just want you to know that we woke up to no heat on Christmas morning; we tried several contractors here in Burlington to no avail. We either got excuses why they couldn't work on a Trane furnace or no response at all. It was then that I began searching a 20-mile radius for another Tran dealer and found you folks only 16 miles out. Better yet, after a short talk with your answering service your serviceman on-call (Alan?) got back to me almost immediately, then came right out and fixed the problem. Furthermore, he was professional, got right to work, came with the correct parts to do the job, and got us back our heat in a reasonable and thorough manner. I was genuinely impressed with the service as well as Alan's friendly and humble demeanor in the face of interrupting his Christmas morning. Temptrol will my go-to company from now on. It is my sincere hope that Alan was able to salvage the rest of his holiday without any further interruptions. Thank you for a fine and friendly albeit off-hours call. Here's hoping it happens during regular hours next time.

He was the hero of our Christmas day and I hope the knowledge of that cushions the blow of having half of his Christmas day spent outside of his home and away from his plans for the day.
I will positively recommend Temptrol to anyone who asks me for their advice regarding any HVAC issues. You see, I was in the business as well. I was a serviceman for about 30+ years until an unfortunate accident left me unable to continue doing that sort of work. The point being that people actually do still ask me for help with HVAC issues and you will be at the top of my referral list.
I guess the reason I can't stop gushing about how happy I was with Alan is because he handled the off-hours/holiday call exactly as I used to handle them.
We found everything from downright belligerence to simple no-call/no-shows from every HVAC contractor in Burlington.
It wasn't until we called Temptrol that we finally found a serviceman that reminded me of myself from about 20 years ago.
I fully understand the way it feels to count on help in a no-heat situation and always responded to my customers exactly the way Alan did with us on Christmas.
What shocks me is the horrible attitude that seems to be pervasive in the industry these days. When a company says "We service all brands" some even making a point of including Trane in their list and advertising 24-Hr emergency service it saddens me to find that there are so many out there these days that will ignore a no heat call.
So you guys are the tops with me, Thanks again for everything and have a Happy New Year!

His crew was prompt each work day. The installation was over 1 ½ days. They took care with the wood floors in my home and cleaned up after the installation was completed.

With 3 young children and 1 due at any time, it was above and beyond what I expected. Our previous system was a Carrier and so far the Trane is above and beyond the old system in output
